They work like this; if you sign up for the Fitness Reward program
that your health care provider offers and workout at least the
minimum required number of times in a calendar month (usually 12),
you will receive $20 off club memberships every month, with a limit
of two workout incentives per household for a maximum $40
reimbursement.
